Terms & Conditions

Freyja — Terms & Conditions

By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms.

Prices and payment
All prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Orders and availability
Our inventory is shared between our online store and our Fernie boutique. Occasionally, an item may sell out before inventory updates. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and refund any payment for the unavailable item.

If we discover a pricing or product information error affecting your order, we will contact you before proceeding. You may choose to accept the corrected information or cancel for a refund.

Product descriptions and vintage items
We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours may appear different depending on your screen.

Vintage items are pre-owned and may show signs of wear. Please review the description, measurements and any noted imperfections before purchasing. Contact us if you need help with sizing or condition. Vintage items are final sales.

Shipping and local pickup
Available shipping and pickup options, charges and delivery estimates are provided at checkout or in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. For local pickup, please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready.

Returns, exchanges and cancellations
Please review our Return & Exchange Policy before purchasing. It explains eligibility, deadlines, item-condition requirements, return shipping costs and any final-sale exclusions.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help before the order is dispatched. This does not limit any cancellation or refund rights provided by law.

Incorrect, damaged or missing orders
Please contact us promptly if your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item or does not arrive, so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.

Privacy
Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use and protect your personal information.

Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
