Can I return something I bought at the Fernie store location?
For in store purchases, we offer exchange only for all regular full priced merchandise. Sorry no refunds. We accept an exchange merchandise within two weeks of purchase.
As of June 3rd 2025, We no longer offer store credit as exchange.
Past Store Credit: Credit is good from one year from issue date, then it will expire. Credit is in the from of gift card and can be used in store or online.
Any merchandise coming back must be unworn, tags on and in new condition.
Intimates are a final sale.

Products sold at full price are eligible for exchange only, except any shipping costs.

Bodysuits and intimates are final sale.
Conditions for a return:
Anything coming back must be unworn, new condition, tags on and free from any alterations.
You would have 15 days form your delivery date to get it back to us. We suggest traceable mail to insure you.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE A REFUND IF THE ITEMS SHOW SIGNS OF DAMAGE OR WEAR.

YOU MUST SHIP THROUGH TRACEABLE AND INSURED MAIL TO ENSURE THAT THE ITEM YOU ARE RETURNING GETS TO US AND IS ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND.
But I just want to exchange my online purchase?
Please return your item (FOLLOW ONLINE PURCHASE RETURN PROCESS) and simply re-purchase what you’d like instead off the website. We do not “hold” items until your return comes through.
But I just bought it and now its on sale?
Question: I ordered an item and now its one sale. Can I get the difference back.
Answer: Freyja has a 24 hour policy for this situation. We can credit you back the difference if the sale went on within a 24 hour period. Please email us the situation and we try and help you out! hello@freyja.ca
