I have yet to make it in person to shop at Freyja, however love shopping off their website. There are always new items, amazing sales, and I love the stories posted. Service has always been prompt and professional. My items come lovingly packaged and always include a hand written thank you! I had a very small mistake once and Chan was extremely quick to respond and offered several resolutions, making the entire process seamless. After several online orders I am beyond happy with all my items and would highly recommend ordering it you are debating it!
