We’re always listening to your feedback and looking for ways to give you the best shopping experience possible at Freyja. After much consideration, we've decided to opt out of our loyalty program and go full steam ahead with exclusive promo codes! 💥

Why the Change? We’ve looked at the data, and we’ve heard from YOU—promo codes are the preferred way to save money and reward your loyalty! As a small business, the loyalty program, while well-intentioned, wasn’t working as efficiently as we’d hoped, and the majority of you weren’t using it. So, after careful thought, we've made the decision to phase it out.

Here’s What You Need to Know:

  • The loyalty program will continue until November 30th, 2024—so be sure to use up your points before then!
  • We’ll be rolling out exclusive promo codes through email and social media that offer amazing discounts and rewards, making it easier for you to save on your favorite items.
  • This change is all about giving you the best value while streamlining how we reward your loyalty.

We truly appreciate your understanding and support in this decision. Your loyalty means everything to us, and we’re confident this new approach will bring you even more ways to save and enjoy shopping with Freyja. 🎁

You can also earn points other ways. For example you can get 50 points on your birthday and 20 points for following us on Instagram. 

Sign up or view your points by logging into the little shopping bag icon on the lower right side of your screen, either desktop or mobile device.

1. Look for this shopping bag icon to enter the rewards centre.

2. Login with your email your use for orders or join up.

3. One you are inside the rewards centre you can look at your balance and redeem what is available. You can also look for more ways to earn points.
In the store, the sales associate can look this up at checkout when you can ready to checkout and redeem your rewards for you.
